Andrae & Erin on Graduation Day!
Today, instead of blogging, I am looking for my precious daughter’s little body to go bouncing across stage. Erin Cathryn is being awarded a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Political Science and minor in Psychology from the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Houston.
Her journey toward this goal started five long years ago. She worked full time, but she never failed to schedule night classes. Sometimes she enrolled for more hours at night than most day students who attend on the magic carpet ride of their parents’ checkbooks.
We are so proud of her.

Congratulations, Erin! I’m always proud of college grads.
My daughter took the magic carpet ride, but thank God, we were able to pay her way. She worked too, but that was her play money.
She made the best grades when she took 22 hours.(only for one semester). Now what’s wrong with that picture?
